About Caviness & Cates

Caviness & Cates Building and Development Company was founded in 1995 by Watson Caviness and Chris Cates. Watson and Chris are licensed general contractors in the state of North Carolina and are both graduates of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Together they founded their company in hopes of becoming one of the largest and most prominent building companies in the Fayetteville area.
